Rules & Reminders of Cosby Run Campground

Our Credo: Oldies but Goodies!

  1. All campers must register at the office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all guidelines.

  2. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.

  3. All visitors must contact the manager before entering the grounds. Phone # 419-704-8034

  4. Short term campers and tenters must pay full amount at the time of registration.

  5. For long term campers and camper renters, rent is due by the 1st of the month. Grace period is until the 5th of the month. A $50.00 late fee is charged after the 5th and $10.00 per day after that.

  6. No loaded firearms allowed on the premises.

  7. We have a ZERO tolerance drug policy. All violators will be evicted immediately.

  8. Speed limit is 5mph. Three warnings will be followed by a dismissal from the campground.

  9. Quiet time is 10pm – 10am.

  10. Only 1 RV is allowed per site.

  11. Only 2 cars are allowed per campsite, provided that they are functional, not in the state of disrepair, and clean in appearance. Additional cars and/or trailers can be parked in a designated area for an additional fee. Vehicle repairs are not permitted in the park.

  12. Children: Guests are responsible for all behaviors of their children. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

  13. No clothes lines permitted in the campground. Do not attach cords tarps, etc. to trees.

  14. Place all garbage in a designated dumpster. Only household trash is allowed in the dumpster. Furniture, appliances, metallic or any large objects must be taken down the road to the county dump. Failure to follow these rules will lead to losing privilege to use the dumpster.

  15. No garbage containers permitted at the campsite.

  16. No food may be left outside the camper since it attracts wild animals.

  17. Ground disposal of any drain water (grey or black) is prohibited by state law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains.

  18. Because our sewer system is old, please do not put in it any man-fabricated material like wipes, tampons, napkins, or even toilet paper. Please collect toilet paper and all other hygiene material into plastic bags and dispose into dumpster.

  19. Pets (dogs) must be kept on a six foot maximum length leash or inside and never left unattended. Owners must pick up after their animals and dispose of waste properly. No excessive barking allowed! Pets are not allowed in any building. They cannot be left outside.

  20. Campsites are to be maintained by tenants and periodically checked by manager. Repeated overgrown grass, trash everywhere, or poor condition of camper can lead to dismissal from the grounds.

  21. Fires are permitted in fire rings and designated areas only.

  22. No outside fencing unless approved by management.

  23. Picnic tables are for tenters only, unless approved by management.

  24. Access of one electric box per site.

  25. No use of power tools, generators, or compressors unless approved.

  26. TV, radio, or stereo is to be heard at the camper or campsite only.

  27. No skateboards or motorbikes allowed.

  28. Using our laundry room and bathrooms is a privilege, and any evidence of sabotage or menacing can lead to immediate dismissal from campground.

  29. Receiving and holding mail in our store is a courtesy of the management. Every tenant can elect to make his/her own arrangement in regard to delivery of mail.

Disregard for any of the above rules will reflect in termination of stay without refund.
